Ingredeints:
Long bun - 1
Mozerella chesse - 50 gms
Spring onion - 4 strings
Jalepeno's -2
Carrot - 1
Tomato - 1
Baby Corn -2
Panner - 50gms
Califlower - 10 gms
French beans - 3-4
Ajinamoto - 1 pinch
Olive Oil - 2 tbs
Tomato Onion mustard paste - 4 tsp ( Refer Condiment page)
Oregano - 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2tsp
Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
Chilli sacuce - 1/4tsp
Toamto sauce - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 10gms
Salt
Method / Vidhie:
1. Cut the bun into 2 halves and toast them lightly on a tawa.
2. Finely chop the spring onions, Jalepenos, Califlower, French beans, tomatoes
3. Finely grate the carrot.
4. Finely chop the panner into cubes.
5. In another pan pour olive oil and heat it up.
6. To it add the spring onions, all the vegeatables, panner and saute them well.
7. Add ginger garlic paste and again saute them.
8. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and again saute them.
9. Add ajinamoto, salt , Oregano and saute them to make a dry mixture.
1. Take the toasted bun. To it add the toamto onion mustard paste and spread well.
2. Now add the vegetable mixture and spread them well.
3. Grate the mozerella chesse and again add oregano powder.
4. Pre-heat the owen at 180 degrees.
5. Now grill the bun for 7-8 min depending upon how soft or hard you need.
Your MASYBUN is ready. Simple isn't it. All home ingredeints. An good evening snack. :)
