HOT CHOCOLATE

Ingredients:

Plain chocolate - 4ounces broken
Milk - 4 glass
Sugar to taste
Nutmeg a pinch
Double cream or whipped cream- 4tbs
Grated chocolate for decorating


Method/Vidhiee:
1.Place the chocolate, nutmeg, milk and sugar in a pan.
2.Heat gently until the chocolate melts.
3.Do not bring to a boil. Stir well and pour into mugs.
4.Top each hot chocolate with a tbs of double cream or whipped cream and a sprinkle of grated chocolate.

SIMPLE LEMONADE

Ingredients:

S-ugar -1/2 bowl
Water -1/2 bowl

Lemon juice- 4 lemons
Water (extra) - 3 bowls

Method/Vidhiee:
1.Combine sugar and water in small pan, stir over low heat without boiling until sugar dissolves.
2.After sugar dissolves, bring to a boil.
3.Then simmer uncovered for 2 minutes.
4.Stir in lemon juice. Let it cool.
5.Strain lemon mixture into large serving jug and add extra water. Refrigerate.

HEALTHY YELLOW

Ingredients:
Mango (stoned, peeled and chopped) -1
Papaya (deseeded, peeled and chopped)-1
Ice - 1bowl


Method/Vidhiee:
Blend at high speed for about 1 minute or until ice is completely crushed and juice mixed. 
Your healthy yellow is ready to serve.

ORANGE-BERRY

Ingredients

Strawberries (chopped)- 1bowl
Orange juice - 1glass
Ice - 1bowl


Method/Vidhiee:
Blend for 1 minute or until ice is completely crushed and juice mixed. 
Your orange-berry is ready to serve.
