Ingredients:Plain chocolate - 4ounces broken
Milk - 4 glass
Sugar to taste
Nutmeg a pinch
Double cream or whipped cream- 4tbs
Grated chocolate for decorating
1.Place the chocolate, nutmeg, milk and sugar in a pan.
2.Heat gently until the chocolate melts.
3.Do not bring to a boil. Stir well and pour into mugs.
4.Top each hot chocolate with a tbs of double cream or whipped cream and a sprinkle of grated chocolate.
